SAM GLENN'S INSIGHTS ON PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL development are gleaned from his own life experiences of successes and failures. Sam at one time operated a business in a multi-billion dollar international industry that was lost overnight in a fire. Riddled with depression and doubt, Sam found himself in unfamiliar territory. As he puts it, "It was the land of failure and frustration." Sam got by sleeping on borrowed floor space and worked nights as janitor and delivering newspapers. Now faced with much criticism and confusion on what to do next, it was an experience that changed the course of direction for Sam Glenn.
